TBG’s Skilled Trades Division is the foundation of our contractor network and training model. We offer hands-on instruction, structured mentorship, and a supportive path from first-time apprentice to full-time independent tradesperson. Each participant is not just trained—they’re guided, backed, and connected to real opportunities under the TBG name.
Our plumbing track introduces apprentices to the core principles of residential and commercial plumbing. We provide paid training, technical education, licensing prep, and worksite experience—all while connecting each apprentice to experienced mentors and partner employers.
Highlights:
This track prepares future electricians with industry-standard training and guided fieldwork. Participants learn electrical theory, safety, system installation, and code compliance—all while earning and progressing toward full licensure.
Highlights:
Our mentor network is made up of licensed tradespeople who are not only excellent at their craft, but also committed to shaping the next generation. We compensate and support our mentors as they guide apprentices through real work—building skills, confidence, and connection.
Mentor Benefits:
We support licensed plumbers and electricians who want to grow without the burden of starting a business from scratch. Contractors work under the TBG brand, gaining access to clients, apprentices, back-office support, and materials partnerships.
What We Provide:
The Billee Promise is our equity-driven commitment to justice-impacted individuals and returning citizens. This division offers structured re-entry into the workforce through skill-building, trauma-informed mentorship, and legacy-based employment.
Who It’s For:
Formerly incarcerated individuals, youth aging out of foster care, or anyone facing systemic barriers to employment.
