The Billee Group (TBG) is a workforce development and service contracting organization that trains, mentors, and employs electricians and plumbers from underserved and rural communities.
Our mission is to eliminate financial and systemic barriers to entering the skilled trades by providing free education, mentorship, and full business support. We contract our graduates to deliver 24/7 essential home and infrastructure services while restoring dignity, pride, and sustainability to the very communities they come from.
We believe in building solutions from within by empowering people to serve their neighbors, provide for their families, and become leaders in the trades.
